Realist Comment: I decided to write about this story, because I truly feel for this Pilot.

This is the case of a pilot on an American Airline flight, who (right before take-off) suggested to his passengers that they talk to each other about Jesus.

I decided to write about this story, because I truly feel for this Pilot. Taught by his religion that he must publicly testify about Jesus, he feels compelled to impose his belief on the passengers placed in his care on a commercial airliner. This pilot has put his career in jeopardy, to satisfy the insane demands of Christian dogma. He has hurt his career, embarrassed himself, and made the passengers in his care very nervous. People in sports who feel they must praise Jesus for winning a game and Mel Gibson's film on the crucifixion, are similar examples of this insanity - it is tragic!

P.S. It is worth noting that religion / ideology is also the reason that these same passengers are "already frustrated by removing their shoes and discarding their nail-clippers" and have to fear for their very lives when they get on an airplane.
